Does Make Business Matter offer rebranding?

No.

Here’s why:

99% of the time, the only company that benefits from a rebrand is the agency that charges you a lot of money for its rebranding services.

Unless your company is seriously failing, you don’t need a rebrand.

Instead, you need to refine your brand.

My process is more akin to what a music producer does: it helps you refine your brand by eliminating everything that hinders you and amplifying everything that helps you.

And, then, I help make that a reality.

Brand refinement augments who you already are instead of trying to turn you into something you’re not.

What sort of Guarantee do you offer?

Since I only work directly with 11 clients and my goal is to keep my clients long-term, it doesn’t benefit me to waste time if I don’t think Make Business Matter is the right fit.

So, I don’t take on any clients I don’t think I can help based on my 19 years of experience.

But, if you don’t think Make Business Matter is right for you after the first session, I’ll refund your money, no questions asked.

Will you actually understand what works for MY unique business?

To work with me directly, your company should generate at least $1 million a year in revenue.

Building marketing and brand strategy systems like I do at Make Business Matter rarely makes sense for companies doing less than $1 million in revenue. Focusing on other aspects of the business usually makes more sense.

What are Marketing and Branding, exactly? How do Marketing and Branding work together?

Marketing is everything you do to understand your customers. And it is everything you do to drive your customers to take action by showing that you can help them fulfill their hopes, achieve their dreams, mitigate their fears, and satisfy their desires.

This definition places marketing at a central role in the organization. It makes marketing inform all activities that lead to the customer making a purchase.

Branding is the process of using psychological tools and business strategies to influence how people think and feel about your organization.

The goal of branding, therefore, is to increase the likelihood that people will become your customers and stay your customers.

In short, branding makes customers prefer you so that your marketing processes are more likely to make them take action.

Does Make Business Matter offer any pro bono work?

Make Business Matter works with one to two pro bono clients per year on a limited basis.

All pro bono clients must be registered nonprofits.
